RLD Construction is one of the principal building contractors in North Wales. Established in 1947, RLD's foundations are firmly based on traditional values while being committed to incorporating innovative modern building practices, materials and techniques. We offer a professional service with a strong emphasis on health & safety, quality control and meeting or exceeding customer expectations. In all our activities, we endeavour to develop a good relationship with our clients and their professional teams based upon trust. We are proud of our success and excellent track record for producing high standard commercial, industrial and residential buildings for the public and private sector. At RLD we believe in construction efficiency and we have a skilled workforce with knowledge and experience in every aspect of the build environment to ensure successful delivery of quality buildings to the client’s specifications, on time and within budget.

RLD Construction’s head office is situated in Llysfaen, Colwyn Bay close to the A55 expressway, with easy access to North Wales and the North West. Our on site facilities include purpose designed offices, workshops, plant maintenance facilities, extensive covered storage areas and recycling facilities We have our own fleet of vehicles and plant which is an advantage in our site operations. We benefit from having our own in-house CITB approved Training instructor and a loyal multi-disciplined and versatile direct workforce, most of whom have been with us for many years. All our operatives have CSCS cards. RLD Construction are ISO9001 accredited and also members of Constructionline and the Construction Health & Safety Group (CHAS).
