This project, designed by Lawray’s Architects, Wrexham, consisted of a contrasting red and yellow facing brick external wall, Upvc windows, Aluminium Powder Coated curtain walling and Welsh slate roof. The internal works, constructed on three floors, housed a Theatre for Performing Arts including a complex ‘ fit-out ‘, a Cinema and several offices/classrooms. There was also extensive external works comprising of the forming of several new car parks and detailed landscaping requirements
