This prestigious project consisted of the erection of 4 no. shops with 4 no. flats above incorporating cast iron glazed canopy, hard and soft landscaping and a formed coach stopping area.
Due to the project being situated in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park and in a very popular tourist area it was imperative that the building materials were sourced locally, hence the limestone natural stone and the blue-grey Blaenau Ffestiniog slate to match that of nearby properties.
As can be seen the finished development not only looks impressive but blends in perfectly with the natural environment surrounding it.
