This impressive 3-storey building, situated in an imposing position at the top of Denbigh, was built to a very high specification, making use of natural wood finishes, including Welsh Oak, American Red Cherry and Beech. Features included the central vitral atrium (with views to the castle), an automatic lighting system and fully accessible flooring to the offices.
Plant rooms were housed on the roof and clad in natural slate. The scheme also included car parking spaces, created by building a 72m long retaining wall to the side and rear of the site.
