This redevelopment of an existing derelict cinema involved the
demolition and reconstruction of the rear section whilst retaining
and refurbishing the front section.
The ornate brickwork to the front façade was repaired and
replaced.
The completed development consists of one permanent cinema with fixed seating and one cinema with retractable seating which can also be used as a theatre, as well as a Café/Bistro on the first floor of the High Street elevation.
